What is your biggest challenge within the industry?
I think that my biggest challenge within the industry is keeping up with all of the constant changes in trends. I am so amazed at the levels of creativity put into this art. Food is the catalyst to the soul and the industry never fails to make it more interesting every time!!!
What question do you most want to ask others in the industry?
I believe that one has to be crazy to get into this business!! It is such a thankless job, but when the recognition & appreciation of all your hard work comes around, it instantly becomes well worth the wait! So I would like to ask others in this industry what was the inspiration that made them want to pursue this career.
Where do you work?
My family has been in the restaurant business for over 52 years, and I am a manager at our establishment.
