- Culinary Student
- What is your biggest challenge within the industry?
- I think that my biggest challenge within the industry is keeping up with all of the constant changes in trends. I am so amazed at the levels of creativity put into this art. Food is the catalyst to the soul and the industry never fails to make it more interesting every time!!!
- What question do you most want to ask others in the industry?
- I believe that one has to be crazy to get into this business!! It is such a thankless job, but when the recognition & appreciation of all your hard work comes around, it instantly becomes well worth the wait! So I would like to ask others in this industry what was the inspiration that made them want to pursue this career.
- Where do you work?
- My family has been in the restaurant business for over 52 years, and I am a manager at our establishment.
