What is your biggest challenge within the industry?
I teach Cooking and Baking at the Orange Coast College , the challenge for me is to bring as much knowledge to my students about our Profession and how rewarding it is . Everyone needs to eat, don't you want to know what,s in the food that you are eating and how it is made.
What question do you most want to ask others in the industry?
What made you go in to this Profession knowing it is not paid well compare to other Profession like Plumber , Electrician etc. Is it passion ??????
