- I teach Cooking and Baking at the Orange Coast College , the challenge for me is to bring as much knowledge to my students about our Profession and how rewarding it is . Everyone needs to eat, don't you want to know what,s in the food that you are eating and how it is made.
- What question do you most want to ask others in the industry?
- What made you go in to this Profession knowing it is not paid well compare to other Profession like Plumber , Electrician etc. Is it passion ??????
