I am a market liaison for Delaney's Artisan Foods Market in Old Town Temecula. Our store is set to open in about 4 weeks. We are looking for chefs within a 100-mile radius who might be interested in bottling any of their signature sauces, or dressings. We would love to help you find any chefs you may need for this, whether you're looking for seasoned "restaurant" chefs, R&D chefs and the like. We've been in LA recruiting chefs for over 50 years now. Also, I was a chef in LA for almost 20 years so I have a pretty good finger on the pulse of who's doing what and what kind of personalities and talents mix well with certain companies. We meet all of our chef candidates face to face and get to know them well before we decide to represent them.
